In other news, it's been reported that SE has postponed work on FFXIII Versus in order to develop a new demo for Squares next gen gaming engine.

And 3 other cars = 3 decades until they can release it with towns.

On topic though, I don't know a lot about Versus, but it makes a lot of sense. It was announced so long ago, then postponed indefinitely... in recent years nothing was heard about it, other than Square denying any cancellation.

Square probably realized 2 things: Versus would not make a big impact late in PS3's lifecycle, AND that they didn't have a large scale game for early PS4 yet. Since a major FF game seems to take them 5 years nowadays, what could be more reasonable than making the anticipated Versus a PS4 launch title?

All jokes aside though, i'm sure his visit has something to do with the event tomorrow.

I just hope he's not there to explain how their new engine is capable of this and that without any Playstation exclusive announcements!
