as much as your 99% correct, lets not forget Mr. Sakurai (Creator of SSB) has done crazy stuff with characters without moves... R.O.B, Mr. Game+Watch... Heck even Fox (he was just a pilot b4 SSB!

I agree, but still...R.O.B was a robot, quite easy to imagine a moveset for him. Mr G&W had the games he starred in, not too difficult for a creative mind to build a moveset. Fox...well, at least his pistol was a logical choice for a Sci-Fi pilot.

Ballon Fighter has literally NOTHING he could use to fight with...but I also thought the same thing about the Ice Climbers^^

I vote Balloon Fighter. I'm guessing up+B would blow up his balloons, giving him the ability to jump several times before they pop. Either that, or he'll always be floating. I can't think of any actual attacks he could use though...

ok here ya go for balloon fighter

(B↓) Blows Up a balloon. [Max 3 balloons take 2 secs to make one!

(B↑) A balloon blows up big And then pops after making the player ascend upwards 5feet. Note: Can only be used if balloon and as much times if a balloon still on! Example: two B↑ if he has two balloons!

(←B→) All balloons pop with a huge bang! More balloons more powerful and knockback it becomes!!!

(B) A Balloon pops around him quickly!!!

Come on guys, we already voted one dude with a sword and chains in, and balloon fighter is an important and iconic franchise. Zael is beyond generic.
