Good for The Witcher 2. Can't wait for The Witcher 3 announcement in Feb.

I think I voted in this and picked none of those games. Although I played The Witcher 2 and starcraft 2.

I should have picked them as well.

Everybody's votes was all over the place lol  The Wii and PS3 was loaded with the sam 5-7 games for the most part while PC/X360 has been having a wider spread of competion with 5-10 games

Sweet results. Thinking with portals. Have to play the Witcher's, Skyrim's and Episode 2 (should wait till they announce Half Life 3. Otherwise i'll turn into one of those people asking for HL3 whenever Valve's name is mentioned).

half life 2 episode 2 would have maybe won if people like me wouldn't have said orange box instead^^

What the fuck does "this generation" even mean for a PC?

Exactly.

I think personally, a "generation" is basically the oldest PC you can get that can run all of todays games comfortable at low image quality settings.

So in otherwords starting with a 6+ year old Core 2 Quad Q6600.

Or it could mean each successive Direct X generation? The consoles launched in the Direct X 9 era... And it shows with their horrible Image quality.

OR, it could mean hardware generation, we get yearly refreshes so we should be in Gen 20-30 by now shouldn't we? :P
