MSFT will imitate what others will do and try to steal it. That too is in their corporate culture. They are great at marginalizing entire industries without becoming the best of breed. Xbox360 will most likely end up 3rd in units shipped this gen, they've done a great job eating PS3's lunch. It's a good thing that the Wintel empire is giving way to tablets and smartphones that are not subidizing MSFT to continue their invasion.

Post Pc world ? where do you live ? Pcs are here to stay, dont be fooled boy. Without Pcs world was doomed there wouldnt be videogames or most of things that are today.

Sony Lost big time IMO.

From 150m to 70m, from 1.6b games sold to 630m behind 360 with 730m. Bleeding money, selling buildings, bad company structure, insane fiscal losses. Doesnt bold well for them, they are even rated junk. Sony might die in the next 4/5 years. 

Nintendo 100m Wiis. Nintendo profits through the roof.

Sony Lost and things arent looking good for them, Vita is dead, Ps4 will have huge trouble selling.

Xbox is an over-priced TV-box for non-gamers. This means that it will never revolutionize TV. Unless the hardware is useful for non-gaming. Kinect doesn't mean anything. The company behind it will start selling it's own on a license basis (Primesense).

It makes sense from a gamers perspective but it really isn't. Google and Samsung are probably the biggest contenders. Even they are havin a hardtime due to a defensive strategy of cable companys. It will take atleast 10 years if not more before true internet TV takes off.

Gaming company's will have a real shot when they deliver a cheap 100 dollar box with high-end stream-based gaming including non gaming apps.

Are you living in reality? Samsung, Apple, and Google are dominating every multimedia device out on the market. The xbox is "winning" the tv battle? How? By paying Sony and other studios to use their content on the xbox marketplace, that no one outside xbox fans use? Any numbers to support your statement? Microsoft with Xbox is miles ahead of them, dont fool yourself. Those are ahead in other things, not related to tv.

I don't get why It's so hard for MS to get relevant video streaming apps to other countries.

Amidst all the streaming services now available and practically every piece of electronics being able to use them, Apple has arrived too late to present their more pricy rendition of already existing services as they often do.

MS has really done a fantastic job with Live, there can be no question. Luckily, there is no longer any shame in using your console more for video than for games!

I presume the small userbase in most countries just isn't movating MS.

If anybody feels MS, Sony, or Nintendo isn't bringing enough software to your country. Your country needs to buy more consoles!
