I have a question, see I'm quite new here but are the Vita sales actually THAT bad? I do admit that I had no idea of what a Vita even was until I started lurking this site though.

The Vita looks like a great system and I do have a couple of friends that have one, but I don't see how it can be classified as a "flop" so early on.

They are expecting vita to sell this much??????? low end of expectation... i wonder what is their bracket of expectation then...
wow if they really expect their product to sell 3.5m for the whole year they need to replace some heads here...

Only in Japan isn't it? Have there been consoles that have survived with lower sales?

I guess he had to point out the obvious.

My hope is that Sony has a price cut in the works as well as a couple of big exclusives.
A new Monster Hunter game in Japan and GTA or a proper COD in the west.
This is the only way I can see the Vita make a comeback.

The sales are bad and Sony should feel bad.
