I'm american and I'm not from USA. Only for this USA would receive my vote.

But I don't know many foreigners, so I can't judge anyone.

I can't say I've met people from many countries. But the USA citizens I've met are not arrogant.

As an American, and never leaving the country aside from Canada, I can safely assume that Americans are by far the most arrogant beings known to human existence. Truly no contest.
