I really need to find a good greek restaurant in my city. But we (as in my family) have a "greek" (probably not really greek) recipe for a roasted chicken from an old book. The chicken is marinaded in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, basil and rosemary and then grilled. Tastes GODLY *_*

That's somewhat greek, by the way, Greek Restaurants in foreign countries are nothing like the real thing in Greece.

Trust me, Canada's "Greek" Restaurants are bad...

Many Greek restaurants in Germany are just plain bad. Always better to have greek friends. I think part of the reason restaurants are bad is that they won't make the food as spicy as the original recipes to make sure everyone can eat it. Losing waaay to much of the original taste in the progress.
