undoubtedly the best home console ever made.
2015 could be possible for places like India, China and the Middle East where its still doing pretty respectable numbers.
Remember people. Despite getting trounced in America, Europe and Japan... The PS2 outshipped the DS in H1 of 2012. Its still doing fairly good numbers in the emerging markets.
Depends on - Production facilities for PS2 near said regions. When PS4 releases. How quick Sony can get the PS3 to be the viable option in expanding markets.

Ok then I say 2014. By then the PS3 should be much cheaper and profitable.
Does anyone have any sort of sales of how PS3 is selling compared to PS2 in these markets?
PS2 will sell for at least another 5 years IMO...in only 3rd world countries offcourse.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
