When will the PS2 stop selling?

But they won't be supporting 3 home consoles really, since PS2 sells mostly in areas where PS3 has only recently become a major player and where PS4 won't be a big player for a while. I think this year would be cutting its legs too short. 3m this fiscal year, so they can do 1-2m for this one. It's the perfect plan!

Ok then I say 2014. By then the PS3 should be much cheaper and profitable.
Does anyone have any sort of sales of how PS3 is selling compared to PS2 in these markets?
