It's not entirely fun playing a RPG that is a sequel to plot-heavy predecessors, especially when that RPG comes out much later than the previous games and the story is such a mess noone understands it or much cares to anymore.

And this is coming from someone who loved the first Kingdom Hearts but already couldn't push himself to finish the second one.

This. I liked the first, thought the second was good, but I couldn't be bothered to play all the off-shoots that have been released on different platforms.

Your post really has nothing to do with the obvious. They are going to try and maximise their profits. As long as all 3 systems can hanlde the game they will be out for all 3 platforms.

tl ;dr

people who whine about the HD collection and the third sequel taking so long will have to realize that some of the game's target audience were born when the first one was released !!

square will have to resurrect the title before KH3. that said a major Square rpg for PS4's launch window would be majestic

My guess is late 2014 release for

PS3/360/Wii U

PS4/720 versions (same game as the 360/PS3/Wii U, just runs in 1080p with more effects and anti-aliasing).

4 points:

-xbox owners haven't supported console/japanese rpgs

-developing a game for 2 different architectures/machines is a cost in itself

-by releasing out of the PS they will alienate many PS owners and Square knows that.

-KH doesn't have the wide appeal FF has

What good it would do staying restrict to a single platform?

Really?? I am not sure as to how this.. or why this is even up here.. anyway.. KH3 will either be a WiiU exclusive.. or come out on all three systems..

Predictions made by gamers concerning the current Nintendo line up of games.

Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)

Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)

Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)
