If next year averages the same it will hit 40mil but if they can bring 3DS full potential then were talking 45,50 mil easy.

With AC and Luigi's Mansion AND Monster Hunter 4 in Japan the 3DS will dominate really easy next year

I do not want to get to pessimistic but i highly doubt that 3DS will be able to surpass 60 million LTD! NOW it is doing brilliant, but will Luigi´s mansion be enough?

I think it's funny that some people worried about how well the 3DS would do. This thing will not be stopped.

Agreed i forgot japan MH4 also Dragon Quest VII remake! Those Japanese love DQ!
When they have the prediction for hardware next year im gonna say 21mil! If it does i'll be happy!

Yes Luigi Mansion should push hardware alot and AC new leaf also. MH4 and DQ will push hardware in japan and dnt forget next year we might have pokemon gen 6 which is gonna blow the f-ing roof with hardware sales! Lowest ever for pokemon (in a new gen) is pokemon black/white... and their still growing with 14.55mil+

I know! But i have a really bad feeling for handhelds, the 3DS and the Vita! 3DS will win LTD over Vita, thats a given! But i think they will fall insanely fast! I wonder if both Handhelds combinde will outsell Psone or the Wii!

Sure it will! It will also win against Vita! But it won´t do PS2 like numbers like the DS!
