If anything this proves how much the VGA's are a giant joke and are Spiketv's sad attempt to appeal to what they think hardcore gamers are lol. Its worthy noting games like Gravity Rush won best handleheld awards at other award shows, so not everyone is blind.

If i make a topic that says "This game just sold 10 million world wide"   The comments will have people just saying congrats, or wow, or finally or ect.  At worst you'll have its slightly over-tracked so give it a month more.

 

If I make a topic that says "This game is the best game ever made"  You can bet there will be a crap load of posts saying I am wrong.

 

I'm stating the obvious.  A person can't argue a sales figure, (a legit number) but everyone can argue what game is good or not.

Go ahead and make two thread right now.  One titled "Call of Duty: Black Ops II sells 760,935 units on 360 this week"  or "Call of Duty: Blacks Ops II on 360 sells more than on PS3 this week"   You might make a few people angry, but none of them can dispute your claim.

Then go and make a thread that says "Call of Duty: Black Ops II is the best game ever made"  I can bet you have plenty of people who come in and dispute your claim with their own personal opinion on what they think is the best game.

 

Or how about a simple one.  NO thread creating neccessary.  Find one of many topics titles.  "favorite game of all time" or "favorite game this gen" ect.   Notice that not every reply is unanimously the same.   Then look at a thread that says "PS3's best selling game"  or something like that.  Probably won't be very long cause all it takes is one person to post the correct answer and the thread is done.  

Again fact versus opinion.  Game's are purely opinion.  Sales are not.
