Actually SO4 already had some elements of that. Hopefully not though, i'd rather a single player.

I am. I loved Star Ocean 4.

good for you I guess.  I hated the game.  I gave the game 1 whole day to take off, but it did not, I returned to the store.   Also, I hated the graphics and character models. They all look like dolls.
