No, I haven't played VP2 actually.

I can see where you're coming from about SO3.  In places, the battle system was good.  I only spent about 20 hours in the game before I'd had enough, but I can imagine that the battle system would be one that gets better as the game went on.

But really man, Fayt.  I thought Tidus was bad, but Fayt really infuriated me.

Perhaps I should give it another go one day.  It's about 5 years since I last played it, might have grown to like it a little more since then.


You're going to sully your innocence. SO3 ruins the story for the whole series in a fundamental level.

With that said, since i can just ignore the plot twist in SO3 existed i always look forward to star ocean games. Bring it.

I really can't play and enjoy the storyline of a Star Ocean anymore as much as I would, after that damn mind buggling plot twist that was in "Till the End of Time ", I don't want to spoil it, but its pretty drastic.

If this is SO , I hope its a retelling , rather than a Sequel.

Sure it wasn't but personally SO3 is my favorite game of all time, so even partially close SO4 remains extremely great.

WOOOOOOOT!!!, are my babies finally back in action? A long time ago during SO4 and psp port annoucement tri-Ace did say they wanted to do a online game maybe star galaxy is it.. I dont care as long as tri-Ace is on it its a masterpiece
