Pachter has all the incentives to go boldly with his analyses. Most of his failed predictions will be forgotten whereas he just need to strike a bold one right to be considered a guru and make much more money. As such, it is rare to have analysts giving conservative long range predictions.

Ignore him, don't basically all of his predictions never come to fruition.

You guys do not want to admit it but Nintendo is going to get literally buried this gen.... Western 3rd parties will never support them, and would rather die like THQ to make games for Microsoft than support the Mario machine.

Disappointed to say that whats becoming irrelevant are Pachters predictions and opinions.
I used to care, now i just dont even read it anymore. Hes become a douche this year, where he was an interesting opinion last year. He is too blinded by quick money. He should be asking EA how thats working for them.

I don't know if he did or did not, I do remember him saying after the first 4 months the vita would surpass the 3DS or something very very similar to that, that was on this site.
