I already have the team ico  and the sly ones and I have already played the God of War collection(not origin), any other that is a must buy? I like platformers, RPGs and adventure games

Definitely Ratchet and Clank collection, and maybe Jak and Daxter collection

Is the ratchet collection a better port or are the games in there better than the jaxter one?

The rachet collection and the jak collection are both collections of HD ports  of PS2 games, in the same way that the Sly collection is.

I have not played either of the HD collections, but I have played some of them on PS2. I would say that I like Ratchet & Clank better than Jak & Daxter, but that's just my opinion. I have a friend that loves Jak & Daxter to death. 

I think to decide for yourself, you should look at some gameplay videos on Youtube or something, and see which looks more interesting to you. 

MetalGearSolid & DevilMayCry HD

Both are great ports, although J&D precursor legacy looks a bit low res. J&D is more varied in gameplay which is not as great as it sounds. (There is quite a difference between the first and the later 2) The R&C collection is more consistent in gameplay and doesn't have the frustrating difficulty spikes of J&D 2 and 3.
Imo: J&D precursor legacy > R&C collection > J&D 2 > J&D 3

The Jak and Daxter collection is awesome. I highly recommend it.

Better get Jack and Daxter collection then Ratchet and clank cause really there's going to be more R&C then the next Jack game.

Jak, Ratchet and Sly are all fantastic. Jak is a bit of a let down being only 720p, but can't complain with 60fps.
