Well you haven't played the game, so how can you say that? I wasn't too sure about this game and its high scores (since I prefer hack and slash games, not movies or "experiences") and surprisingly Journey has become one of my favourite video games ever.

Can't say anything from a gameplay view, but from the aesthetic to the reviews I can say absolutely that I would hate it, I highly doubt gameplay mechanics are going to change the fact that you're a scarf walking around various landscapes with a minimalistic story and narrative approach, just strikes me as pretentious and something I wouldn't enjoy considering I have never enjoyed similar games.

Lets put it this way. What ever side is on the positive for this Metacritic thinks it is legit. If your the other side it is BS. Like for instance here Sony fans will take this like a win, however if you go to the PS All Stars Review thread I am sure the same people fist pumping in here are slamming the site in there.

Journey is an hour long graphically jerk fest. No story or replay value at all.

Also Metacritic is awful. All it does is take all the websites that everyone complains about all the time and combines their scores.

Did you even play Journey? It is the most beautiful game ever made,  the ending almost made me cry, it was just so beautiful. It definetly deserved the Spike GOTY nomination.
