I think Kratos and Egyptian mythology goes hand in hand

I'm expecting a spiritual successor. Perhaps a newly redesigned Kratos (with a different name, personality and driving ambition) with a new main weapon and in a new mythology. As mention above, Egyptian mythology would be cool.

Also are there any articles about Santa Monicas response to the ending? I mean you go ahead and do that without even like.. motivating why? I mean sure it makes sense, but have they denied any future GoWs with Kratos? (Set in future time, not like Ascension) or have they maybe hinted at a new protagonist? Im just so curious because Naughty Dog has stated that Drake isnt done so I feel rather comfortable with an Uncharted 4 for PS4. But what about God of War 4?

i'm not to sure about a GOW4, but my interpretation of GOW3's ending is they weren't creative enough, and Jaffe should have finished the trilogy

Really like that idea but it would not pann well in the ending they gave to GoW2 and the way they setup GoW3.

To kill Zeus that fast and end that arc only to throw in a complete different story and mythos would be cool but I can already see the backlash :P.

i have to disagree my legendary friend. while Kratos and the Titans climb Olympus, the Olympian gods could have convened counsel with the other gods sighting Kratos could be problematic to their rain as well .

come on, think about that climb to the top. the game would have been much longer but it's thr. Zeus would have been very well protected by the other gods Kratos had to defeat along the way. the idea doesn't change how you'd have got'n to Zeus. just the number of gods u'd have had to kill along the way.
