Hi guys, soak this image for a moment:

Now picture this:

And then this:

Shield  and Sword:

Both with motion+ technology. Attaching the wiiu pad to the nunchuck using a plastic connector, is this the ultimate Zelda experience?

Hell no.

hehe the idea has been talked about before, i don't know ho thought about it though. but i wouldn't want to move that Gamepad around too much of fear of dropping it.

btw the only reason the nunchuk connected to the Wiimote was because it had no sensor of its own so the WiiU pad will not need that

I would love to have the gamepad as a map and as a eye of truth device also for puzzle solving but keep the motion as it was in SS it just needs to be improve further if possible

Not too keen on holding the GamePad with one hand. However, it could be a supplement to the Remote/Nuncheck controls. Doesn't Pikmin 3 do that already?

Hell na

Interesting idea, but like Roma I would be terrified of dropping it :)

I'm super excited to see how Nintendo EAD will incorporate the GamePad into the next Zelda. The rumor is that the GamePad was at least partly designed with Zelda in mind.

Just no.

Heavy Rain is by far the best use of motion control in a game out there (to those that like it in the first place) and the reason is pretty simple. Almost every game tries to use motion as a new input method while Heavy Rain uses it to engross the character; the player acts instead of directing. It would be a challenge to incorporate this but when I play Zelda U I'd much rather get sucked even deeper into the game than see Link swing around his arms like a moron copying my motion. I'm not a professional fighter.
