According to Digital Foundry very few Wii U launch games have anti aliasing and for some odd reason only outputs limited range RGB. Black Ops 2 appears to have AA and Mass Effect 3 appears to be using the same software based FXAA as the other versions.
From what I've read the Wii U isn't a very next gen machine in the tech department so if that's what you are after best move along. It has twice as much RAM but the RAM is also almost twice as slow as current gen. The GPU is better and it has a decent amount of super fast edram. But the thing that is holding it back apparently is the weak CPU.
Of course as the dev tools get better and developers get used to it, the graphics will certainly improve over time. But tech wise it's probably going to be left in the dust by MS and Sony's next machines.
