Anyway, Conception looks like it's an rpg that has dating sim elements (a la Persona 3?)

This is more like the "week before golden week". Next week's numbers should have GW boosts.

haha, yeah not a very bright decision, it would be awesome! But I believe it's on purpose [by Sony] to make June THE strong month for Vita. 3DS hasn't any big games in that month (even if pokémon will help it's cause a lot), and Vita will have 3, I believe.
