I've never once looked at the media's opinion on the matter. Ever. I looked at the data and facts myself straight from the beginning and came to my own conclusion based purely on the facts. One of the key signs of a racist is stating that they have friend's of the group or that they have helped them before. That doesn't mean anything. I've helped inividuals I didn't like out all the time. Didn't get payed for it either. I did it because it was a good thing to do.

I guess that since some of the pastors accused of molestation helped even more kids than they molested, that is completely absolves the them of all guilt and means that they aren't a child molestors when I use your logic.

All evidence shows that there was no struggle whatsoever and his own call to police show that he "stalked" Travyon of his own volition despite being told not to by the police. The phone call analyzed by forsenic and technical exports verified that it was Trayvon screaming in the background as he was being attacked by Zimmerman  making Zimmerman the aggressor and nullifying any claim of defense. Video footage of Zimmerman afterwards show that he had not so much as a scuff mark on his shirt much less a bruise constituting an attack which, by the way, would have been Travyon's "right" to do as Zimmerman was the one who persued him, not the other way around.

its mentioned in this affidavit that there was a struggle.

it was not forensics, but the victims mother that identified the voice. Not sure if she is completely unbiased in this.

America can be a sad place sometimes. Blacks and whites still hating each other is becoming less and less common. These assaults happen all the time on different occasions but we can say it's because these people are savages and has nothing to do with their skin color.

There are a lot of gruesome crimes commited by white people yet we don't label them all as being criminals by nature still a lot of people see stupid people with black sckin doing stupid things is enough to put us all in the same basket.

Bad things happened in America, will I hold grudge to my roomate which is white because some white idiots did bad things to some black guy? 3 years ago two police officers killed an underaged kid here in Montreal and nothing happened to them, should I label all white people savage murderers that will get nothing if they kill immigrants? Are all white kids going to shoot in schools?

so, he covered up for his racism, and racist driven attacks by being the first one to stand up against racism, demand action for the racial injustice that took place against a black kid, he helped out the black community by tutoring black kids, just so he could apear not racist when he plotted to kill a kid because he was black. Genius! no would would suspect him then, he must have plotted this for years.

as for the bolded, thats patently false. according to all evidence so far it was self defense. eye witness testimony shows treyvon on top of and attacking zimmerman, video tape shows defensive wounds on zimmerman such as lacerations on his head, audio tape of the neighbor has been verified to be zimmerman screamming for help. everything you just said was all of the falsely reported "facts" before they were corrected for the race baiting propaganda they are. 

It is a shame to see someone brutally attacked like that. I hope who ever did it is brought to justice.

To the OP, you claim you are against racism but you made race a factor with the title of this thread, you included race in your own personal assessment and also decided it was fair to call the "black" people "thugs". Where was your thread about the 2 white guys from tulsa who shot 5 african american men and killed 3? What about those thugs?

In any case, justice is blind and I hope he and his family get the justice they deserve and these criminals are taken off the street.

Yeah, I don't even know what to think of this case anymore.  At first it seemed like a young boy had been murdered in cold blood.  Now it seems that Zimmerman followed him after the Police Dispatcher told him not to, they got into an argument, and Trayvon beat his ass, so out of fear he shot Trayvon from the ground.  I will now wait until the trial to pass final judgement.  As it stands now my opinion has changed from Murder to Manslaughter.  Both men acted poorly, but I still feel like Zimmerman shouldn't have followed Trayvon after he called the Police.   I am glad that this is going to trial, the facts need to get out.
