I don't think it matters much, iPad2 and the new one are pretty much the same thing, the new one having a tiny bit faster CPU(I'm not joking when I say tiny, it really is a tiny tiny tiny faster), higher res (which I guarantee once again people can't tell the diff due to small screen), better GPU, bigger battery to drive the new parts so a little thicker, still the same shitty voice input software. People who already have the iPad 2 shouldn't even give this new one a look, it's for people still with first gen iPads.
The funny shit is Apple is advertising faster graphics performance than Tegra 3 while forgetting that Tegra 3 has more than 2x the speed of their A5X to support the slower GPU part. Never underestimate the software engineering abilities of Nvidia as they are asking for real benchmarks while calling bullshit XD.
Oh and always remember, iOS is for people who want simple solutions and Apple is good at creating that environment, Android is for people who want simple solutions since ICS but want to go even further to customize their tablet to make them uniquely their own.
