What's going on with Rayman Origins release date?

Gamestop lists the title with a Dec. 31st release
Gamefly changed the date to TBD
Best Buy has yanked the 'New' listing completely

I think this game has another chance of getting delayed. After the high negative feedback from the demo, I can see why.

What was wrong with the demo? It played pretty much the same as the Wii version. :o

@TheKingofRedLions Nothing on my end, but many have complain that it didn't run at the steady framerate that it meant to and the controls are terrible. I find the controls just fine and graphically it looked like the Wii version.

I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority, but to this day I still think the Gamecube controller is easily Nintendo's best and most comfortable, and ranks a close third of all time when it comes to controllers, next to the Playstation Dualshock and the Xbox 360's controller. Those are my three favorite controllers, and I doubt anything will change that.

I agree with you, I also believe the GCN controller to be the best out of all Nintendo's controllers.

For me my top 5 are

#1: Dualshock Controller PS2/PS3
#2: GCN Controller
#3: Super Nintendo Controller
#4: Xbox360 Controller
#5: N64 Controller

Well the thing is that t he gamecube controller kinda sucked for FPS, but was absolutely boss for everything else, and since I'm not a huge fan of FPS for the most part and I certainly don't play nintendo games for their shooters...well, I'm sure you know how that ended up.

1 - Dualshock (PS1, PS2, PS3)
2 - Xbox 360 Wireless
3 - Gamecube
4 - SNES
5 - NES
6 - Sega Genesis
7 - Wii
8 - Xbox
9 - N64

I really don't like the Xbox and N64 controllers, part of the reason I plain and simply hate those systems.

Ahh. Favorite controler time. I would have to say that here is my top 5 list of favorites:

1. Xbox 360 Wireless

2. Gamecube Wavebird

3. SNES ASCII Pad - Awesome for grinding in JRPGs

4. N64

4. PS2 Wireless Predator Controler

The problem with Nintendo releasing it's games to cell phones is that it could kill off their own mobile game platforms. Keeping Nintendo games exclusive to their platforms encourages more people to buy their system.

Being that Nintendo has already created an Operating System that Google now uses, and being that investors has continually pestered them in taking a leap in mobile, Nintendo and Google can easily have a joint venture and create an 'affordable' smartphone. It's uncharacteristic of Nintendo, I know, but it would reach an audience they may not have as of yet, and extend their recognition.

True, but I'm not sure Nintendo wants to get into that business. They seem to want to stick to the core of what they know, games.

Android games will come to Nintendo long before Nintendo games ever come to Android.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

Just watched the video: Skyward Sword has one of the most beautiful themes in history.

I really want to play it... if I get Wii U this is probably a "day 1" game, backwards compatible is certain, but will it upscale the game anyway? Have they announced this yet?

Too bad all you iOS and Android loving people!

Get a 3DS/Wii/Wii U.

I excepted some interaction with the SS stage.

Project M needs to do a 1.0 release and stop adding stuff on the go, seems like the Minecraft story.
