Damn right Sasso, and I think Nintendo is counting on that.

Not to forget that Nintendo is being very careful in how its balancing games that appeal to the older males (SFIV, RE, SF, OOT) and games that appeal to younger folks (pokemon). To put pokemon on DS for now allows Nintendo to solidify its appeal and bridge to the older (young-adult) consumers on the 3DS, all the while bolstering sales on its own platforms (internal competition = Win). It's a solid approach.

3D engine?  Gamefreak are mega talented with graphics, despite criticism for their simplicity (that's the genius of it).

Wow! Wow, that is so incredibly unclear and ambiguous. I really, literally have no idea what that means.

It could be either of:

1) It's a yearly franchise (which POK clearly isn't).

2) It sells a shitton (sure, yeah agreed!)

3) It's a milked franchise (Yes of course, but the variety in the pokemon games is much greater, new areas, new ennemies). This would be like comparing COD to FF, who does that?

4) It's aimed at gamers with 0 taste (Idk).

5) I'm out of ideas, please help, and pass the donuts! Good stuff you got in there.

It is a terrible decision from Nintendo but the Nintendo defense force will still think their beloved company can do no wrong.
It is probably the worst decision from nintendo since they stupidly decided to only put one circle pad on the 3ds.

You know people get banned for saying Sony defense force.

I get the feeling Nintendo fans are much nicer. Be grateful we aren't whipping you into submission.

And, for the record Mav, both decisions were good if you actually take the time to think about the likely factors involved in the decisions (portability for 3DS, strength of DS line for pokemon DS).
