I guess with the 3ds' first 3 weeks in mind then 500K seems like a reasonable goal.

Considering the marketing and size of US market....thats setting the bar a little low lol

From a little bit of looking into previous launches, and I think that only a handful of launches have really hit this level; many systems may have been popular enough to hit this milestone but were supply constrained but I think only the Wii and 3DS (maybe the DS) really have done this before.

lol my gamestop had all of its shipment preordered but guess what it was a small shipment maybe 3-5 units,

walmart did not sell out of thiers in fact they didnt even have the games ready for that day the games they had were the first ones out on the 16th or so , ,
none of what was supposed to release on the 22nd was there
not surprising - my walmart sucks , i tried to get driver paralel lines among other games from there -they never got driver paralel lines in ! not even in driver paralalel lines life time lol


nor did they carry the ps3 or ds version of bloodstone
so i hope for the best but prepared for the worst . --250k -300 k numbers then a huge drop off, the next month just like in japan also note my gamestop also had very low shipment of 3 3dses two of which sold in 1 second to me and another person who actually lives in the same city as i do lol

Seems like he lowered is numbers because of the depressing VITA sales in Japan and the rest of Asia. It should be able to do that here but I would predict it to flatline pretty low quickly after until the Holiday Season. The 3DS will for sure sell amazingly over the Holiday but the VITA should pick up and okay pace.

Should hit within that region, 300k first 11 days, so 10 days left.

If that 300k for frist 11 days is right thats pretty weak sales, I was expecting 420-450k for frist week+early start.
