1. While probably true, it's hard to honestly gauge the impact of WiiSports when it is packed in with the system and was released at launch. With Halo3, it is easy to see the impact just by looking at the sales pre- and post-. I'd also suspect Mario Galaxy to be a system seller, except that the Wii was sold out before, during an after it's release, so again, impact is hard to demonstrate.

2. AC may sell many copies, but that's not the same as selling systems. Using the most extreme example, WiiPlay is a multiplatinum title, but I doubt many people bought a Wii to play it.

 Don't believe on forum hype. According to people on this site all Heavenly Sword, Warhawk and Lair were huge system sellers. heck,even Blacksite Area 51 was a system seller for the ps3 this past holidays (according to Diomedes)

Few games are true system sellers, regardless of their quality. 

PS3 has the most impressive lineup I'd say with all of the games you named being System sellers, except Singstar, i don't think thats a system seller at all. The 3 wii ones will. I don't know about 360 though, most of its big "system seller" games are out already such as Halo 3 and Gears of War, but you could probably add Gears 2 to that list.

 So whats your argument to claim that the next games are system sellers ?

At least in Japan Wii sports has been a great system seller, so it has a much bigger argument than any of those games.

With Blu-Ray on the verge of winning the war, expect a price cut on the PS3 when MGS4 is launched. Why? Because Sony knows money will be coming in from Blu-Ray licensing. Also GTA4 will move more PS3's than 360, as will DMC4. Why? Well look at how many consoles Halo 3 moved...or didn't move.

The PS3 will outsell the 360 WW, but match the weekly 360 sales in NA after March. Also, don't underestimate the adoption rate of Blu-Ray, it still could spur more PS3 sales.

Im sorry but i dont think killzone will move hardware like people think it will. Not to say it doesnt look great but lets be honest, kz1 was dog shit. The colors are very bland and by the time this game launches people are going to be "fps'd" out. Well thats my .2 but i feel confident in my opinion. Also dmc4 is not going to move systems either. The dmc franchise was a million seller but it was never a game that was a huge system seller, maybe dmc1 because it was fresh but 4 looks like a high res dmc3, not to mention its also on the 360. Im not trying be a downer here but as a sony fan i am trying to realistic.

Other than that, the rest are just good games that add to a library and ultimately more sales for that console. Few people will buy a PS3 for Killzone, but they might buy one because it has Killzone, LBP, and Haze. The same goes for the 360 and Alan Wake, Lost Odyssey, Fable 2, etc.

Nothing is a real system seller on the Wii because no one can keep them in stock anyway.
