hummm... I believe I have to put doki.co advertising in my signature now :D

If you have sensibilities on how management should be done, prepare to quit after 2 seasons (like I did).

hehehe... I have sensibilities on how management should be done, the problem is, if I get attached to something, I stick :D - so if I have fun over there for some time there can come crappy YEARS and I will stay - for now I have fun timing Seitokai Yakuindomo - anyway - don't know why I am even posting, I need to time :D

That is now my generic retort to any argument about anime.

Okay, that was pretty off topic haha. But I couldn't resist.

I agree. Anime is ART.

You'll see.

Worked on Shuffle (BD), Kiss x Sis (BD), and Ano Hana (TV) for them.

Any one watch these hidden gems?

Legend of the Galactic Heroes :

It's 110 episodes but it's probably the most acclaimed and highly regarded series by people who'd watch it. Don't be put off by the old animation, story is very compelling regarding the age-old argument on democracy vs autocracy, featuring two 'geniuses' pitting against each other. I like it better than Death Note / Code Geass.

Mushishi :

An episodic anime styled after East Asian legends and folklores, much like Natsume, where the protagonist travel from one place to another to solve any 'mushi' problems he encountered. Beautiful atmosphere and soundtrack.

Kino's Journey :

Similar to Mushishi in the sense it's an episodic anime but centred on heavy philosophical themes, mostly regarding humanity.

Seirei no Moribito :

Contains some of the most fluid fighting animation, a novel translated anime fantasy series.

Welcome to NHK :

A story about a Hikkimori ( NEET ) and the girl who plans to help him in facing the reality of the world.

Juuni Kokuki

Baccano!

Haibane Renmei

Dennou Coil

Ghost in the Shell & Stand Alone Complex

Rose of Versailles

Unfortunately, I don't have time write a short summary of everything listed here as much as I think they are highly recommendable quality works. I leave out the popular ones like One Piece / Death Note out since most people know about them. There's a MAL club for Vgchartz members?

Oh and hi, I'm a newcomer.

Oh and hi, I'm a newcomer.

A MAL club was assigned for VGC members long ago ,so try google searching Vgchartz MAL. Galatic Heroes sounds ever engrossing but I was wondering is the pacing good? Other than that I'll definately go and sink my teeth into it.

Welcome to VGC Wen!
