To be fair, it's not really their fault. The game would have been finished by now if SE didn't take a lot of their team off the project to help others finish FF13 (I believe they helped with one more game, as well). Because of that they only just recently got the whole team back working on it full time.

Yup, Gameplay footage looked boring too!

Gameplaywise, this game looks to be pretty similiar to KH1... which is awesome in my opinion. KH1 had a great blend of hack n' slash and classic FF gameplay. And it it seems to me that this game will do an even better job at blending the two styles, while adding even more.

...and it ended up being neither one of them in my opinion. Anyway, this thread seems like a hype train with super excited fans and I have no intentions to bash an unreleased game. I just think you guys need to lower your expectations just in case something goes wrong.

You know, I was going to make a thread called, "gamers I feel sorry for" and have people who are still waiting for FF vs XIII, and the Last Guardian as the top 2. It's honestly unbearable to watch. But who am I to judge? Once upon a time, I was wide-eyed and bushy-tailed at the mere mention of certain kind of games. I learned how to be cautious later on in life ... and I matured a bit.

FFXIII really did a number on my faith in the series...but this is bringing me back slowly. the more I read here the more interested I get.

Even before release FFXIII didn't look appealing. this does.

Goddamn, I want this game and I want it now! I'm most excited about the battle system. To actually move, that's what I want, just like in KH. Hopefully, we at least get a release date this year.
