well it does say it's not coming to psp in the west..that much i figured ages ago. bring it to psv or ps3.

Sigh Sega, this is why you failed as a console manufacturer. You had such great franchises (Kid Chameleon, Altered Beast), didn't follow through and made the stupidest decisions (Sega Saturn launch anyone?). For starters why the f.....k release a sequel on a different system (PSP) and expect the same results as the console that is increasingly becomming popular in the West (PS3). They already have the engine to do a proper port of VC2 to PS3, and then VC3. Or they could be smart and release it as digital only for PSN and it's pretty much profit by the end of the first week.

Didn't Valkyria Chronicles sell half amil outside Japan on PS3? What fucking idiot thought it would be a good idea making it on PSP? I mean by making aPSP game you're effectively making a JApanese only game because PSP games sell like crap outside Jpaan.

stupid move. the thing is it sold more on PS3 then the handheld and if they would have kept it on PS3 and not the obviously U.S. fail'd PSP then VC2 would have sold more then 2m units but thats why Sega isn't a console maker any more.
they make stupid decisions like bringing the franchise to PSP. i know they didn't think i was going to buy the PSP or anyone else just because they brought the franchise to the portable system.
yea i'll get a Vita but likely not this game by download. yea i think i'll pass. Sega are stupid fucks! how well has Yakuza done in the U.S? not half as good as VC on PS3 i'm damn sure!
