@you do realize that pic is meant to mock Splinter Cell

looks good. the x-ray vision thing reminds me of the batman game.

Didn't look linear and I want this though I haven't played more than 10 minutes of any other hitman.

LOL nah dude. It's an insult to the Hitman series & the Splinter Cell series. Splinter Cell: Conviction is commonly held by the hardcore fans as a dumbed down version of the SC series (that's why I asked about Conviction). I guess Hitman fans feel the same about Hitman: Absolution. That's why they're associating it with SC: Conviction, to note how both of these series are being dumbed down. Notice the casual kids in the corner.

So yeah, they're not trying to make Hitman seem like Splinter Cell per se, they're just noting how they both look to be dumbed down for mass appeal. I hope they're wrong though.

Well i didn't feel it was a light shooting simulator (tho i haven't played the latest splinter cells), anyways looks great, hopefully not this linear tho it didn't appear to be that linear. Its not like the first level in the much very loved Blood money was very open world? remember it, it was a room to room affair teaching the controls, this appeared to be the first level it appeared.

Also I really liked the AI, the AI looks great, scripted yes but still it looked great, a much needed improvement over the previous entries. Hopefully there is still the fun levels from blood money that offer a variety of different fun ways to assassinate and offer exploration and non linearity then end up being a gritty affair instead.

Other than that i am impressed and that the final years of the console life cycle and looking to be the best years yet.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

Thatnks for the preview. I have high hopes for this. This gen has been lacking in stealth IMO.

Play Deus Ex on hardest Difficulty! , best stealth game in a long time.

Funny you say that PP. I just bought DE & I'm going to get into it today or tomorrow. I'm ready to experience some much needed stealth action!

remember, hardest difficulty, because it will all the guide lines and all the hints on how to do stuff, let you explore and figure it out yourself.
