so i dont think its worth releasing it on the 360 this late in the gen, unless theres some sort of update to the game.

but the thread is about the HD collection and 4 is not included so I don't see what MGS4 has to do with the topic

yes a game that takes up 2-3 DVDs even with heavy compression on one platform where the collection is already probably on at least 2 DVDs and is already available on the other that makes perfect sense...
