His post made sense. i think his point was the MGS4 was an exclusive in 2008 and it was important for 2009 because the PS3 had no games of noteworthy reputation.

now everythings changed and the PS3 dosent need MGS4 anymore.

however i dont think MGS4 is that popular tbh. even if it released on the 360 now, what would it do, 1 maybe 2 mil. i think Konami should release an updated subsistance version on the PS3 with trophies and maybe then port it to the 360, but i dont see a straight port from the PS3 doing amazing sales at this point in time.

so i dont think its worth releasing it on the 360 this late in the gen, unless theres some sort of update to the game.

but the thread is about the HD collection and 4 is not included so I don't see what MGS4 has to do with the topic

MGS4 should have been in this collection.

yes a game that takes up 2-3 DVDs even with heavy compression on one platform where  the collection is already probably on at least 2 DVDs and is already available on the other that makes perfect sense...
