Regardless, the vast majority of good games from Konami are from Kojima.

it's a reasonable post, that's why nobody will listen to you 
it's true though. if you read the sources, you always end up with Kojimas original Twitter posts and nobody actually has any information beyond that. it's all jumping to conclusions.

I bet this is some kind of hype.
Kojima is a bad actor, overdramatic when the scene calls for nuance.
I bet it's being shown at e3, and console exclusive or something. I'm just curious what the game is.
Kojima will now leave and form his own studio, as has become a trend in the industry....Or so we can pray.

Which makes me believe he's just acting. Just wants it to be a big surprise when he unveils it at E3.
