Okay I need to know a good online game I can get not games like Call of duty, Killzone, Gran Turismo, GTA or Halo I can get off of PSN or Xbox Live. BTW do any of the 5 free games from PSN have really good online. I want something really different, fun and engaging at the same time.

you MUST get banjo kazooie from XBLA its one of my favriot games of all time and if you like it theres a seqal (banjo tooie) thats on XBLA too

Okay how bout PSN. More keen on PSN than XBL right now. And I want games that have good online. I don't really care about single payer at the moment

Little Big Planet is one of the best free games being given away in the PSN Welcome Back Package. Its a blast with a friend online. You may also like Wipeout HD online if you enjoy racing games. The vehicles also have added weapons in the Fury HD expansion pack which is included.  InFamous is an excellent single player game, no multi. Dead Nation I really enjoyed too, which is a top down zombie shooter two player online. Finally SuperStardust HD is single player online only, its an arcade analog stick shooter. Local has 2 player co-op.

If I had to choose just 2 for online it would be Little Big Planet & Dead Nation. If I was going off my favorite of the lot I would pick Little Big Planet & inFamous.

Trine is great on PSN if you have a local co-op buddy. Unfortunately not online co-op, but the sequel Trine 2 will have it so keep and eye out for that game later this summer!

Finally if you are looking for a none PSN online co-op game, my favorite online co-op game is Resident Evil 5. Also I really like Portal 2.

Get Little big planet

Another game from PSN that is absolutely awesome is Lara croft and the guardian of light! only 2 player co-op but with a friend its superb.

A had a blast with Mushroomwars, check it out on psn, it has a demo! still playing, even after more than a year!

Dead Nation, or Wipeout are both really good online, Crash Commando is also pretty fun, there's also Battlefield 1943, and Black Tango Down if you want a FPS to play online for cheap.

Ah yes how could I forget about Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. Possibly my favorite online co-op PSN game!

Two more great "local" co-op PSN games are Shatter & PixelJunk Monsters. I played PJM a lot until I mastered every level. PJM is a tower defense game. Shatter is a very unique arcade shooter. Oh and if you are into Tetris like puzzle games I highly recommend Critter Crunch. That has online co-op & versus.
