They just release way too much garbage, that's their problem. What the hell were they thinking with games like Mindjack, Gun Loco, Front Mission Evolved (loved it) and Kane & Lynch, that's were all their money is going. They should be more like Atlus, Sega, Aksys and Capcom, now those guys know how to release good games.

That is part of the problem. Having games like FF vs. XIII, FF Type 0(formally FF Agito XIII) and more in development for so long is also hurting there business. You simply cannot afford to have games with 6 year development cycles.

(though this dose not mean they should release unfinished games, i just think they need to manage resources better. fewer engines more games)

Square Enix is a fucking a joke, after 6 years still no news of Kingdom Hearts 3 which is their most succesful franchise outside Japan (not counting Final Fantasy), at least they have Eidos.

or the Activison Strategy, the only difference is Activison had new franchises to bleed to death. Square Enix has Little.
