Thanks for the add.  Yea, it gets pretty bad when you add everyone but no one knows to add you back.  A few people posted on people's walls to remind them but that takes a little time.  I believe that to be the best method though to get people to add you back.  So maybe wall post the users you added that have yet to add you.
