Wow Hip Hop Gamer, man I wish I never heard of him before. Honestly I first heard of him at PAX last year. He was talking really loudly and arrogant in the hall as I walked by. I didn't take note until I saw later on his video where he talked to Michael Pachter.

Honestly I tried watching the video, but its just too horrible to watch. I got like 2-minutes in and had to turn it off. This guy is so full of himself it makes me sick. To be honest he talks like crap too, its soo annoying. Actually the first time I saw his work was a video from PAX last year the one with Pachter and I had to turn that off too.

How the heck does Hip Hop Gamer get into these events. I guess he's a journalist but not that reputable. How does he get into E3 I can understand PAX but E3?

I read the summary of what he said, its obvious he's refering to rumours. I have heard a few of those rumours myself, some might have some weight to them but they are still just rumours. The idea that Nintendo would even talk to Hip Hop Gamer about Wii2 prior to officially unvieling it is laughable. I doubt Nintendo has even talked to IGN yet about Wii2 let alone Hip Hop Gamer.

Honestly I would rather listen to Rebeca Black singing Friday then hear this little pompous A-Hole talk. Friday friday friday.......

Nintendo has good engineers, they are capable of designing powerful hardware that is cheap to build, see Gamecube. Development costs for games really aren't an issue, because Nintendo has the money and they know how to work cost-effective, third party publishers don't mind going broke as this generation has taught us.

The problem with creating another console along the lines of the Wii as you suggest is that it's once again not going to work. Nintendo doesn't develop all kinds of games, so they ultimately need third parties somewhere down the line. Another generation of ports being not super easy to do is going to lead to another lock-out of Nintendo by third parties.

Of course another Gamecube isn't going to become successful either, so Nintendo has to create a powerful, yet unique console. That's not easy to pull off, but in the realms of possibility.

Why would anyone watch the video? The guy makes shit up all the time. His claim to fame is to make shit up about PS3 games. The guy is as reliable as a random hobo on the street.
