The problem is that neither is my favourite in their respective series.

I think FFVII is the better game out of those two. I'd actually have to say that FFVI, FFVII and FFIX are better the any Zelda game, not to say that Zelda isn't good. I'd say Zelda is the stronger series right now though. There hasn't been a good FF game since IX.

Ocarina of Time !!! Best game ever

Neither. FF VII is a lame FF and I simply don't like OoT.

OOT will always win these kind of things.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for me but FF VII is still one of the best games ever.

I haven't played either of those games :o, but if I had to choose Zelda seems more like my type of game. I never could get into Final Fantasies.

Ocarina of time is probly my fav game of all time

they are both pretty good but they both don't get anywhere near FF6 and Chrono Trigger, also Suikoden 1 and 2 are better games in my opinion.
