Whew, it's a good thing you mentioned it was the PS3 versions of FF13 and Mass Effect 2 you were listing. Someone might have thought you were actually giving some sort of credit to something that was associated with Microsoft. How horrible would that have been?!

okay, thank you everyone and keep voting. make sure they are all on consoles, and games that you believe are the best GRAPHICALLY. dont list pc games, if you do i wont count your list. also, i dont think any pc game would beat out Uncharted 2, GOW3, or KZ3 anyway, not even crysis 1 (crysis 2 isnt out yet).

also take note that i changed the final date for voting, its now March 1st.

i also want to keep it a surprise whos winning so i will just tell you guys the leader currently has...

Whoops! I was playing Uno with my kid when I made that list (Hooray for Mult-tassking!). Change that second Heavy Rain to Unchar....just kidding. Gears of War 2. I'm at work on my phone and it would be too much of a hassle, now.

Regardless, it is the best looking racing game (when it is at best) and thats by far. It's also horrible at worst :D, but I personally don't play with standard cars nor have I witnessed too many lousy tracks soooo... for me its 90% positive in the graphics departement.

GT5 is such a mixed package(graphics wise) it hardly deserves top 10! that's what i think at least :P One moment it's absolutely stunning, the next it becomes mediocre...

Just a little context. The Snes came out two years after the Genesis. The N64 came out a year after the PS1. The PS2 came out a year after the Dreamcast. The Gamecube/Xbox came out a year after the PS2. And, of course, the PS3 came out a year after the 360. Historically, with a few exceptions, the newer hardware should always out-perform the older hardware quite noticeably.
