They also pretty much say they're subsidizing the games on NGP/3DS and then porting them to Android/iOS where people will buy it dirt cheap. Thanks for the heads up Ubi, you jerks.

So 500K is what Ubisoft said it sold?

I'm not that surprised. I'm a big fan of the series, but the thought of playing a watered down portable version isn't that appealing.

PSP fans like to think its due to piracy. But I think western audiences rather spend their time on console games.

nice lil speech there...but the game sucked...so yeah ;) and no, just because it's an IP of a console originated game doesn't mean it's'watered down' by any means..people who usually repeat this mantra have not played many such games

If it were genuinely great, it would have likely sold a little better. But there is little potential of PSP title selling great in the west.

The new God of War is the poorest selling game in the series even with rave reviews.

MGS:PW is doing pretty crappy in the west.

Doesn't matter how good PSP games are, people tend to ignore them in the west.

Let's hope it gets adjusted asap.

Probably around the same time as Forza/Forza 2/Mass Effect 2 Been waiting Months for those to get done.

not this game that's for sure..this one sucked!! Doubt many psp owners will argue with that..heck for a change I think even the critics agree with users on this one

yeah games like VC2 are on par with console versions. Games like Tekken DR I would argue are better than the console version. It's not always the case as there are fluctuations in quality (as every other platform would have) but no there are many such IP's that are a blast to play on the go. Playing on consles have their benefits but so do portables. I find this watered down generalization outright stupid tbh.
