No. Their userbse is not the same that has Wii. Wii appeals to all people, while PS360 to a more experience (in videogames) users.

I suppose I am not experienced in video games even though I have been playing since Atari 2600 days.

I think it more has to do with Mario selling like crazy (Mario Kart, NSMB) and Wii Play benefiting from being bundled with a remote.  Having a high install base only ensures that Mario games sell even more.

If you're experienced or not don't matter, because Wii appeals to everyone (even the experienced ones). I just use experience instead hardcore.

Okay got it.  I personally hate the casual vs hardcore argument myself.  Someone can play Animal Crossing hardcore (8 plus hours a day) yet it is labeled as casual game.  I think the whole thing just exploded after the 16 bit era when Nintendo was starting to be labeled as for kids (internet just helped with the name calling also).  So all the kids (wanting to make themselves as more adult) jumped onto the Sony bandwagon and deemed Nintendo as just for kids.  A game is a game that can be played and enjoyed by anyone.  You are right Nintendo appeals to more demographics.

Kinect Adventures will cross 20 mill if it remains bundled, quite easily in fact.

Any other game .. nah.

Which isn't a bad thing, it shows library diversity.

... Or the power of bundling because basically you buy Kinect, you buy KA... (cf Wii Sports) Nothing to do with library diversity.

I don't count Wii Sports or Resort because they were bundled with the console for a long period of time and you had to get the games to get the system there was/is no way around it. I do however count New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Mario Kart Wii because they both have come with systems before but you can also buy a Wii without those games...so it doesn't automatically cross the 20 Million mark like Wii Sports.

Kinect Adventures is the same way if it crosses 20 Million I will count it as its not required when you buy a 360...when you buy Kinect yes but again its like Wii Fit its included with the Balance Board not the system itself.

I do not count Kinect Adventures because you cannot buy a kinect without it.(if I am wrong about this please correct me).

That is your opinion and that is perfectly fine but by my personal definition of bundles and things is different than yours. I don't count Wii Sports because you cant get a Wii without the game no matter what...but Wii Fit and Kinect Adventures come with items that are used to play the game and you can buy a Wii without Wii Fit and a 360 without K.A.

Yes, somebody may buy K.A just for Kinect for other games but its still not an automatic 20 Million seller such as a game that always comes with the system.

Can you buy a kinect without Kinect Adventures though? I agree completely with your last statement, and that is why I will not acknowledge Kinect Adventures as software sales, but I do for Wii fit.

why do people keep saying that Wii Fit and Kinect Adventures are different situations...? You can't buy a Balance Board without Wii Fit/Plus...is it because of the lack of other Balance Board games?

I'm not so sure K,A will reach 20 millions

Yes you can. I am 99.99% sure I saw a standalone balance board at walmart not that long ago. They sell Balance Boards alone, and there are not any other titles that solely use the balance board(if I am wrong about this please correct me), whereas Kinect has many.

If you want to play Dance Central, you need to buy Kinect, therefore, you're going to get Kinect Adventures.

Really? I never know B.B could be sold alone...anyway Wii Fit doesn't even use just the B.B...well not plus anyway I have both games but I forget about the 1st. Wii Fit Plus uses the Wii Remote in some games too.

Super monkey Ball Step & Roll I think only uses the B.B but I don't really know how many besides Monkey Ball.

Anyway either way I personally count K.A if it reaches 20 Million because its not 100% bundled with the 360 but to each their own.
