they should have a "everyone can play it but not everyone can complete it" text next too the "E" or something. They do have text for blood and gore and for language as well.

I didn't play DN as a kid. When I I was a kid, I played the types of Ageo of Empires, Commandos Beyond the Call of Duty (I played the ultra hardcore, harder and shorter version first), Age of Mithologies and Desperados. Yeah, you can tell I am/was a strategy fanboy.

Maybe  they shouldn't have age ratings just content warnings telling people how violent the game is, how sexual it is and how much and how severe the swearing if any the game has. Then from this information parents should use their own judgement on whether their children should play it.
