Looks like it's pretty much inspired by the N64-esque Action/Platformers of old... even down to the camera issues. 
That's okay, because I know I'm going to really enjoy this game. ^_^
So, like DCKR the gameplay is not as good as like it should be. :/

This is pretty much the same feeling I had for the game when I played it some time ago, its not a bad game by any means but unless your a hardcore disney fan, IMO i'll just wait for the price to drop, there are too many good options out there. I still havent finished Mario Galaxy 2 or R&C crack in time and I havent even started Sonic Colors

As a Sonic fan (judging by your avatar), I expect little problems to not bother you too much. I empathize. Ah the pain of loving that little blue s.o.b. haha

Indeed. It's one of the nicer things about being a Sonic fan, is that it's so easy to ignore reviews.
Actually... I had a dream that I was playing Epic Mickey (you know you're in trouble when you start having dreams about playing a game...) and I told someone sitting next to me "What were they talking about? This game is AMAZING!" 
But yeah, I'm not worried at all. Once November 30th comes around, I'll be playing this game 'til the cows come home.
32-bit era had camera and controls problems than, and it never bothered me. It probably won't bother me today either.

Haha they musta been like WTFFFFFF! loll. Yeah seriously though, if you don't get this for the Wii I honestly don't know what the heck you're doing. Efforts like this gotta be supported especially in the Wii's case. I mean, tons of good games have camera problems, no game is perfect.
Folks, just about every review for Epic Mickey says the same thing. The only difference that I have seen in them is some variation in score because of the different methodologies/systems used.
And basically they all say that control and camera drawbacks make the game good instead of great.
