Fable III final America pre orders are in, and they topped ODST by 30k. ODST launched first week in America to 1.7 million there, and 500k in EMEAA. So could Fable III do the same given the pre orders?

Well the pre-order chart was way off for Fallout: New Vegas so I'm not sure what to think of Fable III.

I think it'll come a little bit under ODST, and I think it'll be in the 1.75-2M range week 1, which is much better than just about anyone originally pegged it doing.

Going by that article we just released, I guess Fallout on 360 did about 600k ish, 75k higher than pre orders. So who knows if we were off, maybe it was a heavily pre ordered type of game, maybe Fable III is like that too?

I'd say inbetween 1.5 - 1.9 Mil

It'll just miss out on the 2 Mil mark.

Up until now I would've strongly believed that Fable III would debut at 1.5 Mil tops but looking at this weeks pre orders, it'll go further.

But Seece you've remember that just because ODST launched at 1.7 Mil in America doesn't mean Fable III has the exact same chance. Plus this is a Halo Game we're talking about. Not saying Fable can't sell but Halo is in a different league of Sales power than Fable.

Oh yeah totally, don't except Fable III near Halo. I'm hoping 1.4 mill in NA FW and 600k between EMEAA and Japan.

Oh also Boutros, I don't think it's pre orders being unreliable, more so people cancelling or not picking up. I don't live in America but, I didn't buy Fallout week 1 like I intended (and pre ordered) because of all the bugs, I'm going to wait till xmas, I imagin that put a lot of people off.
