I apologize for having something to believe in. Obviously that bothers you so I'll stop and accept everything science says is true.

Like come on man without religion a lot of people would be worse off. There have been people who go from criminals to good people when they find religion, it gives people something to believe in and keeps them on the right path. It may seem silly to you but it keeps a lot of people from doing bad things.

That's funny, because people in jail are very close to being entire 100% religious, in fact the ration of secular vs religious in the jail is not even close to being representative of what it is in the world. Religion does not stop bad tings from happening, otherwisejails would be full of atheists, not religious people. I mean ahve you ever talked to convicts? They are some of the most religious people you will ever meet. Much good their religiosity did them in stopping bad things.

Furthermore aheist statistically have 10% higher income than religious people.

EPIC FAIL!

"Life is but a gentle death. Fate is but a sickness that results in extinction and in the midst of all the uncertainty, lies resolve."

completely nonsense, but hey you can believe in god and not being a creationist.

Religion isn't complete evil. I think creationism is perfectly fine to believe it.

Not everyone has to follow the rigid path of logic. Sure, creationism isn't logical, but then again neither is religion as a whole.

What's so wrong with faith anyway?

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo

I will never leave you

this one puzzles me! cause science makes more sense than anything else i've seen or heard?  the only thing that  explains the bigg bang is the expansion of the universe.

It's  important to note that respect for religious beliefs does not require us to silence our own voices when it comes to pointing out that creationism is a giant sack of absurd bullshit. Neither observable evidence nor religious scripture provides any reason whatsoever to believe something so ridiculously stupid.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bah, there's no way to cancel a post.

This is in reply to dtewi

Faith is bad because it is irrational. It is always a good thing to be able to at least explain yourself. Rationalism, is what seperates us from the automatic machine or instinctual animal. Rationalism is what tells us to not immedeiately bite into that cake. Rationalism is what tells us to save up money. Rationalism is what makes us act in a orderly fashion, rather than chaoticly.

Creationism isn't logical? No it's not. Creationism has no evidence? No it doesn't. Creationism is a bunch of BS? Yes.
