Forums - Sony Discussion - Heavy Rain is the greatest story ever told

Heavy Rain is the greatest story ever told. Not just in gaming, not just in media, and not even just by humans. This is the greatest story every told by any being in any Universe! Granted, I haven't read many books and I doubt watch many movies. Hell, I don't even play many games. Nor do I have the technological capabilities to travel to different times and/or civilizations to analyze their stories. But Heavy Rain is just too damn good; it can't be topped by any story EVER!!

Do you agree?

I hope it is

Always is

Simply put... Yes.

If it wasn't going to be, Little Big Planet 2 would have definately been saved for E3.

Agent, will be big. Gran Turismo 5, will be huge. Final Fantasy VII Remake, will kill the internet.

Yes, I think Sony were just getting SOCOM & LBP out the way, so to speak. New Killzone, Resistance & Infamous games are already known to appear, there's also room for 1 or 2 "megatons". Whatever they could be.

They will only do everything. XD
On a serious note, yes. If they weren't going to have a big E3, then why would they announce a flagship series like LBP2 early.

MLB 09: The Show(PS3)

They'll probably go into detail about those two games specifically. Then afterward, announce some games that are not officially announced, without much detail.

I've got a feeling that they'll not talk about PS2 at all really. PSP won't really have much spotlight, which gives more time to the PS3 games.

PS2 will be mentioned in the usual "Sales" part of the show. Especially after it outshipped the PS3's nearest competitor last quarter. Jack will probably just mention it for a small dig...

"PS2 continues to sell trememdously all around the globe. Even outselling current generation consoles like the Xbox 360"

He wont mention the fact that it has also outsold the PS3 since the PS3 launched, though

Well... I did not like LBP at all. It is a platformer (not as good as a Mario or a Splosion Man (check it out!)) with a mapeditor, but thats just me I guess. If you like it, I say go for it.

I think all three do have some games we know about and that lots of people are looking forward to it.

Nintendo: Zelda Wii (come on!), Metroid other M

Sony: LBP 2, Socom 4, GT5

MS: Halo Reach, Gears of War 3, Fable III

So I think all 3 will have a big E3. Thats what makes E3 fun, right?

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

maybe they'll announce psp 2 or something

something that makes me think its gona be huge is that after there entire gdc show jak tretton acted like it was nothing and even said that it was just theiceing on the cake. dony do over exaderate things alot of the time but they very rarley boast about secrets. and thats wht makes me think....we dont actualy know much about there e3 yet. sony suck at keeping secrets so why are they trying so hard to hide this one?
