I have no idea what'll be enhanced and added, but I'm pretty sure I'll be even more awesome than Super Mario Galaxy 2.

But all three of the choices together would be pretty cool.

I think that what they have planned is more than just a stylistic change such as in the future or whether you can be a girl or not or if he's evil and uses magic. I think we're talking about a fundamental change in the LoZ Formula.

Now I have no idea what that change is but lets look at the current formula to give us a better idea of what would be changed.

LoZ:
Big expansive world
Weapons gathering throughout the dungeons
Puzzle solving (often involving acquired weapons)
Single player
classic good vs evil story


Now I doubt they're gonna make the games smaller so it's not gonna be anything about the world (if anything it'll be bigger)
The whole gathering weapons through dungeon bit may be getting old for some but it's a classic part of the gameplay that many enjoy, though I wouldn't count it out for change. Remember Nintendo specifically pointed out that Link is not holding a sword in the released drawing and that this was intentionally done.
Puzzle solving is also classic zelda and removing this part doesn't seem like a good idea, even if they were going for a more action oriented game, clever puzzles never make things worse off.
The classic story line also seems like an unlikely candidate for change.

So I say what we can expect is going to involve links weapons, how we gather them, and how we make use of them. But don't ask me what that change will be xD
