Trauma Center - Wii That is pretty much it.

2. supreme commander - played maybe an hour of it besides a couple of multiplayer games.
3. second and 3rd Prince of Persia games.

Left 4 Dead 2
Portal
Heavenly Sword
Mass Effect 2
Kotor II

I forgot about Shadow of The Colossus, I really need to play that.

Hmm, that's an impressive list.  Very good games that you're missing out.

Busy schedule is busy.

MGS Series (I own 1-4, zero play time yet)
Okami (just bought it on Wii new for 13 bucks)
Killzone 2 (Put in 40 hours on the multiplayer, barely touched the single)
Little Big Planet (played for about an hour)
Shadow of the Colossus (beat the first two bosses, that's it)

Devil May Cry 2 (played first 3 stages and stopped)
Resident Evil 5 (I've kept playing this game like once a month and just stopped)
Ninja Gaiden Sigma (I'm about 3/4 through and just stopped)
Castlevania Curse of Darkness (I got lost too easily in this game and stopped)
Grand Theft Auto IV (I stopped playing because the game didn't feel all that fun)
Chrono Cross (I stopped only because I got stuck in the game-a very long time ago)
Vagrant Story (I couldn't understand what to do in the game)

I hear what you mean about GTA IV.  I'm forcing myself to plow through that currently.  It's just not as much fun as the GTA 2 and Vice city.  I have Ninja Gaidan for the original xbox never really played it at all.
