Too bad though the American media treats hockey like crap. I listen to sport's radio every day and whenever a caller brings up hockey the radio hosts are like "Alright alright, nobody cares about Hockey. Next caller."

Yeah, hockey doesn't get mentioned very much on the news here. There's usually a mention of how they did in the last game, or if something spectacular happened, it's a few minutes of "Look at this!!" but never much more than that. Football, basketball, and baseball usually get most of the news time.

Holy crap at this thread. Dickish behavior all around, even from people who are supposed to be models to the members. It's one thing to talk trash and have a good time, but the behavior in this thread (from dozens of different people) is just despicable. I'll cheer as hard as the next guy, but it's just sports. Calm down guys. For fuck's sake.

And all the different sports are good in their own way. If you enjoy one sport over another, good for you. It's a free world, you're allowed to do that. Personally, I like Soccer the most, but I will be watching the Superbowl. I have that choice because I live in a free country and I have a TV. Sue me.
